About us
Built to make independent urgent care win
Big chains have scale, capital and back offices. Independent clinics have great physicians and loyal patients. Elixir gives them both: the strength of a network with medicine kept in physicians' hands.
Why we exist
Great clinicians are losing their days to paperwork. We end that.
Independent urgent care clinics deliver fast, affordable care close to home. Many struggle with billing, staffing, payer contracts and rising costs. Large systems solve those problems with scale. We bring that scale to physician-owned clinics through a clear management partnership.
Our mission
Make independent urgent care stronger, so communities keep fast, affordable care close to home.
Recent acquisition
Family Urgent Care Clinic joins the Elixir network
Family Urgent Care Clinic, Missouri City, Texas

What's next for the clinic: online booking, employer and DOT programs, expanded lab testing, and a refreshed patient experience.
